Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Habo, Sweden. The delivery time will be calculated at checkout.

CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order information. Please save the order confirmation if you need to contact us.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We offer a 30 days free trial. We are very proud to offer this, as it is longer than the statutory limit of 14 days in Sweden. So if you are not happy with your supplements for any reason, you are welcome to send them back to us and we will refund you the full amount. Please note that this offer is only valid for one item per product line. If you buy a bundle, the refund will be on the item with the lowest value. We do not refund you for the return shipping cost. All we ask is that you share your feedback with us so that we can work on improving our products even more!

To arrange a return, please send an email to care@ceibatree.com and we will get back to you with the next steps. Once your return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and you will get your money back within 10 days.

Unclaimed packages

If you don’t pick up your package at the pick up place of your choice, we will, unfortunately, have to charge you with an unclaimed parcel fee of 149 SEK. This will cover our costs for administration, delivery, and handling. We are a small business so we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Payments policy

All prices shown on the website are in Swedish SEK and include VAT. Additional shipping costs may be added to the price depending on which shipping method you choose at checkout.

Product images on the website do not guarantee the product’s exact look and feel and we reserve the right that there might be errors in the product info or the product pictures. We also keep the right to change and update product information and prices without notification.

At ceibatree.com we reserve the right that there might be errors in other types of product information and price information. If errors are discovered we promise to correct this as soon as we can. This includes, but is not limited to, price adjustments, products out of stock, inventory differences displayed on the website, and other types of technical problems. We also have the right to cancel orders if something has gone wrong but if we do that we promise to reach out to you and find the best possible alternative solution.

In partnership with WooPayments, we offer you various secure payment methods. Payment is to be made directly through WooPayments.

Card Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The amount will be reserved on your card and debited after the shipment of the goods or tickets/availability date of the service. For subscriptions, the amount will be debited as communicated.

Please note that the availability of certain payment methods may be subject to a positive credit assessment. WooPayments may conduct an address and credit check during the order process. The offered payment methods depend on the outcome of the credit check.
