Payment & shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders. We currently ship our products within Sweden, but we will expand to other countries shortly. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you live in another country, and we will do our best to find a solution for you. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gothenburg. The standard delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order information. Please save the order confirmation if you need to contact us.
At checkout, you can choose a delivery method and a supplier that suits you best. We are always trying to find new solutions to offer. Please let us know if you have any wishes, email@example.com.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 days free trial. We are very proud to offer this, as it is longer than the statutory limit of 14 days in Sweden. So if you are not happy with your supplements for any reason, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will refund you the full amount. Please note that this offer is only valid for one item per product line. We do not refund you for the return shipping cost. All we ask is that you share your feedback with us so that we can work on improving our products even more!
To arrange a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with the next steps. Once your return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and you will get your money back within 10 days.
If you don’t pick up your package at the pick up place of your choice, we will, unfortunately, have to charge you with an unclaimed parcel fee of 149 SEK. This will cover our costs for administration, delivery, and handling. We are a small business so we appreciate your understanding in this matter. All prices shown on the website are in Swedish SEK and include VAT. Additional shipping costs may be added to the price depending on which shipping method you choose at check out.
Product images on the website do not guarantee the product’s exact look and feel and we reserve the right that there might be errors in the product info or in the product pictures. We also keep the right to change and update product information and prices without notification.
At ceibatree.com we reserve the right that there might be errors in other types of product information and price information. If errors are discovered we promise to correct this as soon as we can. This includes, but is not limited to, price adjustments, products out of stock, inventory differences displayed on the website, and other types of technical problems. We also have the right to cancel orders if something has gone wrong but if we do that we promise to reach out to you and find the best possible alternative solution.

- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. This payment method is available in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, and the Netherlands. - Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna, you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly installments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after the submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. This payment method is available in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Austria. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information for each country can be found on klarna.com.
- Direct banking: Available in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after the placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Available in Germany, Sweden, Austria, and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Germany. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after the shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription, the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy statement.
