Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30 days free trial. We are very proud to offer this, as it is longer than the statutory limit of 14 days in Sweden. So if you are not happy with your supplements for any reason, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will refund you the full amount. Our only ask of you is that you tell us why. All we ask is that you share your feedback with us so that we can work on improving our products even more!

What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Gothenburg. Shipping is 1-3 days in Sweden and 3-10 days for international orders. Send us an email to care@ceibatree.com if you have any questions or concerns, we would be happy to help!

Which of your products are vegan?
All our products are 100% vegan.

Are your products gluten free?
Yes, all our products are gluten free.

How do the Sleep & Recovery subscription work?
You get the best results from your supplements when you take them consistently. Using our subscription makes that easy. When you sign up to our subscription plan, you’ll receive a monthly delivery of our recyclable refill packs without having to do anything. You can cancel or pause anytime.

Do I need to keep Ceiba Tree supplements in the fridge?
No, we use room temperature-stable ingredients in our formulas.

I am pregnant, which products should I not be taking?
A number of our formulas contain adaptogens which are not advised for pregnant women. We recommend checking with your doctor before using any supplements when pregnant.

Can I use your products if I’m on other medication?
Yes, but as with all supplements, we recommend checking with your doctor first.

What is the average shelf life?
Unopened, our recyclable, dark glass jars help to preserve formulas naturally for two years, without the need for chemical preservatives. Once opened, we recommend consuming within six months.

How long will it take to see results?
It depends on the formula and the person. You’ll feel results immediately from fast-acting products like Sleep & Recovery due to ingredients like Reishi, Ashwagandha, and Chamomile. However, the effects of adaptogens tend to be more subtle and long-term, so they may not be immediately noticeable for everyone. For long-term benefits, most people see positive changes after a few weeks to a month. With all products, noting down how you feel at different points of day can be a useful way to track progress.

Can I take multiple supplements at once?
It is generally safe to take multiple supplements at once, but it’s important to make sure they don’t interact with each other or with any medications you are taking.
